Refunds

If you register, take and complete the course, and receive your certificate, no refunds will be given, UNLESS the agency or court that requested you complete a class does not accept our course. In this case, you will have one month from that date of class completion to request a refund with written proof that VIP USA’s course was not accepted. No refunds will be given after that one-month time frame. We cannot guarantee every agency or court will accept our course, even if approved in the past. Any other attempt to stop payment on the transaction once you have completed the course will void the certificate and your jurisdiction will be notified that the certificate is nullified.

Once you have registered and viewed the videos and quiz, you will not be able to apply for a refund UNLESS indicated above. All refunds will be manually processed, and refund checks will be mailed within five (5) business days.
